As I said earlier, all the Granset threads are there in the ether, and if you know what you’re looking for exactly you can find it by typing in the name and the year, it took me about a minute to find this one.

It’s such a massive job though to trawl through treads to find if posts have been deleted, because it doesn’t recognise the search terms I’ve tried. I expect that Gransnet mods have a quicker way of doing it, but I can’t see one, so it’s not a help for Allira by my method.

I agree with GNHQ for not disclosing who the reporting poster was to Allira or to anyone in that position.
The fact that they haven't disclosed WHICH posts, though, makes for suspicion that it was surely one and the same reporting poster everytime.

That is true MartavTaurus but it is possible. After all they could be hiding in plain sight.
What really matters is the reinstatement of Allira. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any movement in that direction.

Wow, I've just checked out the word desaparecidos. A new one on me, and I'm supposed to be a linguist! Spanish in origin. Quite sinister meaning.

I'm heading towards the Spanish border later. I will check that Allira isn't incarcerated there. At least its a lot warmer than Siberia.

I think it was/is mainly used in Argentina to describe the people who were ‘disappeared’ by the government. Their mothers sing outside of public buildings to keep their memories alive.

Ok I apologise MatavTaurus I obviously had some wrong information I thought Allira had been given a name, anyway it’s probably not needed to know, and may have been more than one person, but it doesn’t alter the case that Allira name has been dragged through the mud, and she cannot connect with us all on this platform, and we have NO knowledge of the real reason why.
We need total clarity on what offences have been committed and what warnings Allira has been given.

My personal feelings are that if someone feels strongly enough to report another, then they should be big enough to do it openly and not in secret. I only ever report scams but I always put a post to say I ve reported and it shouldn’t be any different for personal concerns surely
