Good Morning Everyone,
A light but grey sky at the moment here in Brackley this morning.
Today early bus to Bicester shop and also have a coffee and see people I know.
Come back watch the Tour De France on TV ,and maybe a Chinese Take Away later .
Health appears OK
Take Care,
Mick

dragonfly how much pain you must be in. 💐

aggie it was me saying how fast my nails grow in the sun (or change in diet on holiday 🤷‍♀️) anyway I had them snipped short in Thursday afternoon and some summer madness colour applied!

Oh poor youDragonfly I once experienced that, it was a trapped sciatic nerve.
I ,like you couldn’t move without yelping.
It did take a fair while to recover.
Pain killers did nothing.
I feel for you.

Good morning all,
I’m currently working overseas in the Middle East with the Big boys lol. It’s a different world out here, but I try to keep my spirits up. This morning I woke up early and did a quick exercise before breakfast. The weather is hot and dry, but it’s not too bad once you get used to it. I’m looking forward to catching up with my son later on FaceTime.
Take care,
Micheal
