What lengths will he go to to try to cancel them?

I was an observer in the 2024 presidential elections. At least in the geographical area where I was involved, the procedure was impeccable. In fact I'd argue that it was even better than UK elections.

The only reason I see for Trump to block ODIHR/OSCE is so that he can say, when he loses, that the procedure is flawed.

I just hope democracy follows its course and at some point in the future both America and the rest of the world can rid itself of this tedious orange buffoon.

I fear that Mr Trump, and his supporters, would not accept any unfavourable results with dignity.
If things do not go the way he wants ( which looks likely), then I foresee much mud slinging of the " fraudulent voters", " we were robbed", " miscount", variety, with potentially unpleasant consequences for law and order.

Trump won't concede defeat easily or with dignity. I can see a tantrum on the horizon if it doesn't go his way.

Agree, but he won't go easily. He will be kicking and screaming 'fix'. The man is deluded. The US and the world will be a better place without him.

Trump is absolutely planning some sort of unconstitutional intervention in mid-terms.

His sneaky overuse of the Supreme courts expedited shadow docket has been called out by Justice Jackson herself.

California has legally obtained its rightful control over the national guard to prevent him from sending any federal force near its polls. They know he is planning intervention in places he and his repukes would not win.

Voter suppression efforts are making a hard push. My daughter in law needed to re-register since she and my son moved house a few of months ago. She is reporting that her registration has been pending for months, which is unusual. They live in a very blue area. The complaints with the election board are numerous and Trump has ordered “reviews” of the personal data on the voter rolls.

This election season will be a test for the soul of American. If Americans do not oust the fascists in Congress, the damage cannot be undone for decades.

Well he's already trying to woo voters with the diesel he's buying from Putin, the man has no morals.

Doing my part early. And preparing for the possible civil war when the GOP loses.

Civil war? It could well turn very nasty if Trump loses both houses in the November mid terms.I think he could declare martial law.

Because it's the mid term elections coming up. Because Trump started the war with Iran.

Now, just a little while ago, he signed documents to give further support to the Ukraine, partly because of the work of and respect for Senator Lindsey Graham, who was the biggest supporter on the Trumpian Right of Ukraine

And he praised Graham to the skies when he gave the funeral eulogy.

He's just trampled on his memory.

and backed Putin against Ukraine by giving millions dollars in the Russian treasury..

Many clearly don’t care. They truly believe Trump cares about them and will make their lives better.

Our problem, in the USA and the rest of the world, is that the media in the usa is not remotely neutral. The reason why more than 30% of the US electorate still support him is that they have very little access to what US Democrats and the rest of the world see and hear in newspapers , radio and tv. On the face of it, it looks as if a declaration of an emergency is going to happen , and essentially a coup. But is it?

He'll escalate the invasion of Iran or start another war... The one guaranteed way to postpone elections. If not that then he'll magically create some other thing the country has to battle with all it is so therefore no elections.

Have a look at what other dictators have done to halt elections... Trump will pick one of them for sure, my money is on using Iran.

There it is. All of our media is now owned by right wing millionaires actually, with the mother of Paramount of whoever it was.

He was suing these orgs and as part of the settlements, he wanted his people on staff/editorial. I think CBS is the worst example of it with Barry Weiss and 50 Minutes. And now his FTC sharks threaten the broadcast license anytime an org allows something that hurts his feelings.
