and I'm probably a really bad person to enjoy it when it does, but I am so chuffed!!
Some of you may remember the awful time I had when I felt forced out of the volunteering role that I had held for years. It was a role I loved, I was very good at and for which I was highly regarded by those I helped. My manager felt threatened by a group of us and engineered a situation where we were discredited. One of our number was sacked and, because we saw the writing on the wall, three of us resigned.
I heard today that the charity lost the contract and the manager was made redundant!
And, I am now really enjoying being part of the group who run our village library. [so there, sticky out tongue emoticon]

Burnham to tell schools in England to adapt teaching to local business needs- what do you think?

(Though I feel sorry for those who use the charity if it's going to take a while to find replacements)
