Fancy writing a group limerick ?

Heiku is the Japanese version

(That is the first line of the next one)

I always thought 'heiku' was Persian

Spelt it wrong - meant Haiku

Not a Persomath like you

Elegran! My post was meant to be the second line, I'm not actually fluent in Persian...

It scanned, so I replied so as to scan - so all we need now is the last line!

You were pretty good with that line though - doing it quite unconsciously!

No, I did it consciously! To rhyme with 'version'...

So the misunderstanding was mine! We are as bad as each other.

And the rest hurried off in a van!

Nan Shakespeare decided to try

A sneaky approach by and by

She dressed as a fella,

And pulled Cinderella

And Cinders squealed 'What a Guy' !

Hamlet cried out "That's not on!"

'Alas, poor Yorick, be gone!'

To a nunnery, Ophelia!
