I have watched Easties since it started in a mindless sort of way. However I was absolutely drawn in by last nights episode. I've never been left so shattered by a TV programme before. Cabin fever? Good writing? Good acting? No idea why!!

Imagine every time you looked at him he would have this pained expression and you wouldn't know whether he was happy, unhappy, lustful or just plain bored!

Am I alone in thinking that the character Dot Cotton is the most ridiculous, unbelievable, totally over the top, exaggerated character ever in anything blush bit of a rant there!

Marelli Sat 03-Jan-15 18:26:03

I think Mick 'smoulders' in some of his expressions.....I like looking at him wink!

glassortwo Sat 03-Jan-15 19:43:40

Noooooo you have got the wrong bloke white grin

whitewave Sat 03-Jan-15 20:54:12

Personally I would go for Ian - at least the relationship wouldn't last too long. And you would get the pleasure of seeing him being beaten up by Phil every now and then.

glassortwo Sat 03-Jan-15 21:36:27

white Ian... now your talking wet urghhhhhhhh.

Danny Dyer's acting is so wooden you could make furniture out of him. But he pleasing on the eye.

He does have lovely eyes. I don't understand why he's so devoted to Linda- she always looks like a grumpy lollipop to me with her massive head and skinny body. Always frowning too.

Have only read half this thread as am only up to the end of New Years Eve.

I am going to guess that it was Lauren.

Jane10 Tue 06-Jan-15 20:18:21

Abi? She was pretty creepy stalking Lauren. Maybe that's what was upsetting Emma -the fact that she's Maxs little girl? Won't hear until the live episode in February

soontobe Wed 21-Jan-15 15:29:58

My guess is now the male detective.
Was he doing some car stalking way back at Easter? I cant quite remember.
I think he is involved in some way.

soontobe Sun 15-Feb-15 16:16:49

Lauren said ""they" are walking down Bridge Street, in the pub.."

Ben and Jay? The Arches is on Bridge Street?

Cindy [and baby] - Baby not often in pub though!

The male detective and a colleague??

Anyone know?
Anyone even care?!

jinglbellsfrocks Sun 15-Feb-15 17:35:07

Lauren seemed to show absolute terror when Jane was having the heart to heart chat with her. Surely......? No!
