IU obviously didn't do enough (if any!) of these when I was younger and feel I definitely need to do some now.
The thing is, I'm not sure how to tell whether I am doing them properly and I have seen various devices purporting to help. I've printed off instructions for exercises but still not convinced.
Has anyone used any of the devices or have any other tips? Apart, that is, from don't have 5 big babies - it is marginally too late for that!

, and I have been doing them that way for over 50 years and after 6 big babies .( or in Church trying not to fart , got a snigger anyway )
As for using the pelvic floor muscles in the process.... If I remember....
