The hazelnut whirl has gone!

I am pleased to report that DH opened the Quality Street today and there were triangles therein. I thought about taking them all out and squirrelling them somewhere for my 'personal later', but this seems rather a miserable way to carry on in the season of goodwill - doesn't it hmm

We have Thornton which are all (I think) gf. And we get a box of Harrod's from my brother - which no one likes!

I seem to remember that a member of the Thornton family had a child or grandchild who had a food allergy and they made their chocs to comply. Can't remember which it was.

My DD1 has been known to get me a box of my favourite Charbonnel et Walker rose and violet creams, but I guess that'll go by the board now we have a family Secret Santa. sad She used to say that for the price they should have been delivered on a silver tray by a footman with buttoned calf skin gloves.

Apparently they've also removed the Fudge bar from the Cadbury's Selection pack! Does anyone know how you start one of those petitions to parliament that we get told about on Facebook? needmyfingeroffudge
