Hi Jane 10,
I have everiy sympathy for you. I've been very low since March when I had a knee replacement, still can't bend my leg fully yet. It was the isolation that was worse. I couldn't get out easily, have no family so only had three visitors for over two months and a neighbour. Missed my job and my work friends, and evenings out, but on top of that since February have had acute pins and needles in my hands so my fingers feel as though they're going to burst and have been diagnosed with cervical Spondylosis. This can be a degenerative disease but I do feel the bad desk and chair have triggered this off. The Doctor won't operate as it could cause paralysis. Hence the pain from the pins and needles is excruciating. I've tried physio and acupuncture without effect and next week go to a Chiropractor. I'll admit being on my own has been soooo traumatic. Hence I do understand. Enjoy the pork pies!
