Well I must be having a humour bypass, perhaps because I am proud to count Nicola (no h) as a personal friend. For something to be witty it has to have more than a grain of truth to it . Nicola is most certainly not stupid, does not have a bitchy bone in her body and has the highest (by a mile) approval rating for any politician in the UK. I can only conclude, since I cannot accept that Gransnetters would burst out laughing at a sexist joke, that the 'humour' lies in the fact that she is Scottish.

If the aforementioned Nicola is a personal friend of Granny23 then it is commendable that she spring to her defence. Clearly not everyone holds her in the same esteem though which maybe what G23 is annoyed about.
