Hello dear Kitcheners. I trust that you are doing what best pleases you on this Easter Sunday.
We made a last minute decision to take our pals from the village out to a new carvery that has opened along the peninsular. Like most decisions made on spec it turned out really well. They had recently spent a holiday in Spain with two other couples. Sadly, the wives of both couples, suffer from dementia. One lady is now at the stage where she is in need of full-time care.

annsixty When I had a long bout of sciatica, the GP provided me with a tens machine. On going to bed (when leg pain was at its worst) I attached rubber discs to the area, switched on the battery operated machine, and regular pulses of mild shock HELPED me considerably. It would be worth a try.
