Have we all got our thermals on? and don't let's even get started on winter tyres now many parts of the country seem to have snow at last. ☃☃☃☃

Can't sleep, a few drops of Lavender oil on the pillow, works wonders.

I like the heating on at 20 most of the day,it goes off around 10pm though,and back on at 6 am.Time for a few log fires now though, lovely!

The sweatshirt on along with heating, heating off, window open, sweatshirt off kaftan on fan on, heating back on window still open, sumer quilt with blanket on, quilt and blanket off, both back on oh, the joys of the menopause, winter or not! grin
