Still quiet dark in N Kent but it's dry.
DH has eye screening this afternoon at the local hospital. Not a lot else planned.

Good morning from a very dismal North Leicestershire!

As it's Thursday, it must be Sainsbury's and a visit to Mum.

We also have the annual street fair this week which means that our local town has to be avoided at all costs. We have awful weather predicted which is usual and is called 'fair weather'

A beautiful start to Thursday here in Stockport, bright sun at the moment.
Lots of bitty jobs today and the cleaners arrive in half an hour so I must "crack on".

Promising start to the day here in mid Essex, plenty of blue sky and wispy white clouds. Haven't been outside yet but it feels pretty mild.Have a good day everyone.

The forecast for later in the day is rubbish though. Apparently a weather system named Abigail is headed our way. DS coming for lunch. I have all the ingredients for a lamb curry laid out on the kitchen table.
