If boys have a willy, why don't girls have a wilma?

Anatomical names, I didn't do years of training to talk like a three year old.

ahh yes.. it was called an undercarriage by the midwife at that point when it was all one fresh swollen bruise....tends to make me wince at the memory

At the Drs it is vulva, labia, anus, penis, foreskin...etc.. (before anyone wonders whether I am a hermaphrodite... I still have children young enough to ebe accompanied to the GP)
at home it is still willy and balls, foreskin and poo hole, and girl bits. I talk to dd using the proper names too, clitoris, vulva, labia, anus breast and areola, uterus, pubic bone, pelvis)

Meat and two veg, the wife's best friend, the danglies... I remember the surgeon telling me that when I came round after an op I would find that "someone will have shoved a tube up your John Thomas"... Which was nice...

My dgs aged 2 has Mr Willy and Mr Scrotum!

I always describe them as genitals. Men have penises and balls, women have bladders and vaginas. I have never needed to get more detailed than that so haven't thought what words I would use, but they would be anatomically correct descriptions.

I loathe anything using the word 'lady' lady bits', 'lady matters'. For some reason I always think these phrases sound so unpleasantly coy but prurient.

jbf it is rarely the outside bits that need naming , especially to the DR. it is the inside bits that are usually the problem.

Yes, some people insist that 'vagina' should be used when that's not the actual part you can see.

I 'ate the word 'scrotum'. And 'testes'. (what's wrong with 'balls'?)

They are anatomical entities. Why not call them by their proper names?

Well there's always the old faithful "Down Below" but that always makes it sound completely unmentionable!

Vagina would do for me!

I never have any reason to talk about mine, apricot. I suppose it I had to show it to the doctor, I don't think I'd call it my Wiggy, fanny or front bottom (my mother's description of it when I was small) . Maybe I'd just display it, and hope for the best!
