Having just returned from the gym, I'm slumped in front of Matthew Wright with a cup of coffee from my favourite mug. One of the discussions he has on later is about "favourite mugs", apparently some people are so obsessed with their "special" one that they will hide it from others. Perhaps it's idiosyncratic behaviour but that kind of resonates with me, I have a designated cup for coffee in the morning and another for tea in the afternoon. I only like tea out of bone china. I never used to be like this, I'm asking myself do we become more entrenched in certain routines as we get older? What about you?

which is deliberately really girly so the "lads" don't feel tempted to use it. Their idea of washing a cup is swilling it under the cold water tap (yuk) and they are always quite miffed when I go in a blitz them with bleach !
