Banter Bar 2

Good idea, glamma! Me'nElla are certainly missing their input, although not sure about Pete's...

Poor old Pete - he doesn't have much luck with the laydees, does he?

Ana those poor "Laydee's* just having San Miguel on offer he will have to up his game and go for the "Cava".
The weather is so bad that the hammock is out of action I think all soggy on the bottom I'm thinking we will have to re-group in the cellar for the time being.I will be in the bar a bit more now mr.glamma has his BT Sport on TV it's like watching paint dry very slowly

One more sleep and things get back to normal....Game On!

'Red Mahou' .... Bogof...tomorrow!! Happy days are here again!

mr glamma is all set for the match to-morrow kick-off 12-45 beer in the chiller snacks in the fridge,Liverpool Shirt all washed and pressed ready for the new season, good job I go to work on a Saturday I couldn't stand all the excitment
see you soon boss, all the bar will be stocked up the delivery came to-day some funny noises though coming from somewhere,I'll leave it to you to investigate you being a man of the world so to speak

The washed and pressed shirt will be in the bin by 2-30..!!

Champions on at 5-30!....I'll check the cellar ..when the noise dies down...surely not another 'fire drill'...shocking!!

Right!!
I think I'll start 'barring' people.........no more Mr Nice Guy!!..

Cellar is now clear of Firemen......I think Ana 'n Ella bagged the last two!
The 'Seaside-trip' is cancelled or put back whatever you call it...due to lack of interest...and the extra cost of the sports channels... so Billy No Mates is off to watch some 'European Football'......No Spanish until they stop mithering about the Rock....

Help yourself to Glam's nibbles.....the Firemen certainly did...

And there was me going to do some posh "tapa's" to give you a Spanish theme, never mind back to sausage rolls and meat pies again.
The hammock is a bit soggy so will give that a miss to-night don't want to catch a chill.
Nice to see the "barperson" has come back in a good mood, wonder what upset him ? maybe he found all the IOU's in the till,I meant to collect the £'s but the Firemen turned up and needed our attention.

Meat pies are fine glam.....and cheese n onion barmcakes!!

No tapas nonsense thank you! think the olives can go awol as well... Laydees.. Darts and crib on Thursday nights...in the snug....if it catches on naked butlers will serve cocktails.....

Ooh! I'll tell Ella - we might just be free on Thursday nights....

I hink they should some type of "pinny" . we don"t want the vice squad descending do we ?

Well they can get a lift off the Fire Brigade....*Nonu*...

Yes, speak for yourself, Nonu!

Ana has friends in high places so no worries!!!

PETE

Shhh...!

Only thinking about everyones well being Ana, all these burly chaps around might put Pete"s nose out of joint .

Well, yes, if he gets in their way....

I'll be in the 'games room'...with the leftovers.....

Well don"t you be staying up all night Pete , you have be be alert for when your next match is on .
I know how you "Boys" love your football !

{moon] sweet dreams to all .

Nonu...

Meat pies are ready to be served form an orderly queue brown sauce is on the table,we are having pie and chips for tea to-night as DGS x 2 are coming for tea after foot-ball training so they will be starving I'm sure.I'll leave some nibbles in "the games room" but will sneak in quietly so as not to disturb any "games" that the regulars may park take in, you know like dominoes and shove hap'penny.
I'll pop in later for a swift Brandy & coke purely for medicinal purposes you understand.

part take ^^ not park take, not had a drink yet either ?

Large ...swift...Brandy awaits Glam....Small drop of coke as well.....Football in the games room on telly tonight....followed by shove ha'penny and hoop-la......

'Laydee's Nite'...tomorrow......Snacks will be cold ones....due to the Butler's 'uniform'..... . So go easy with the cocktails and the sausages on sticks.

Well I enjoyed my glass of Brandy with just a touch of coke went down very well indeed after the day I've had.looking forward to "Laydees" nite think I may come in fancy dress for a change (she wonders what she can wear)? might wear my curly black wig and come as a LP football supporter that will make the "boss" smile calm down ! calm down !
