I am suffering Gransnet deprivation..

My sister, with whom I am staying in Manchester this week, does not have internet access so I can only have a quick look in her local library.
I will be typing away next week when I get home!
We met up with Annobel for lunch yesterday at a lovely pub in Styal, Chesire. We had a really enjoyable chat and I hope to see her again very soon.
I hope you are all well and happy - my scalded chest is now just a faint pink and it won't be scarred.

I hope you have more luck than I have had, Annobel - I have tried for months to upload photos and asked tech for help, but none is forthcoming.
I get as far as 'Send' and then I get 'Cannot upload this page'. I have no problems in putting pictures on my computer from my camera, then putting them on Facebook.

I promise we are onto it Greatnan. Slight mystery as it's behaving beautifully in most cases - but we have now kidnapped spoken to tech so will hopefully have the answer imminently
