Ingredients1 packet green salad leaves1/2 avocado (sliced) 1 small piece cucumber (peeled and sliced) 2-3 radishes ( sliced) 2 pieces tuna steak 1 tsp cornflour Salt and pepper 2 tbsp olive oil Dressing: 1 tsp chopped mint 2 tsp sesame oil ½ tsp honey ½ tsp soy sauce Salt and pepper |

Method1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper. Thinly coat the tuna with cornflour.2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Seal the tuna on each side for 2-3 minutes. Cook for further 5 minutes (depends on the thickness of the fish) 3. Mix mint, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce salt and pepper together. Stir well. 4. To assemble: arrange the duo salad, radishes, cucumber and avocado on a plate. Drizzle with mint dressing. 5. Slice the tuna steak and arrange on top of the salad. Decorate with a few more slices of radishes, cucumber and avocado. | |||||||||||||||||||
