I'm still not enjoying this last series. Is it just me? Can't pinpoint what's missing sad.

I'll probably cope by watching the old episodes I have recorded. One of the things I have really enjoyed about this last series is that I visited Ystad, where it is filmed, a couple of years ago and it is a pretty medieval town that I have loved seeing snatches of again.

It was so very sad. I suppose he shouldn't be working still, despite the fact that he is still better than his colleagues despite his problems.

A very moving final episode. sad I will miss this Wallander, while the plotlines have been fairly rubbish I have appreciated the insights into Kurt and Linda and their relationship.

I am heartbroken, my favourite Wallander of them all. The part of someone suffering from this terrible illness was played well. Just hope he is going to be in another 'Nordic Noir' series soon. He is a fantastic actor. sad

I just watched the last few minutes. He is a brilliant actor. I loved the bit where he asked them to remember the good bits 'because he wouldn't' sadsmilesad. For me he will always be 'the' Wallander.

Brilliant, thought I would not be able to watch it but so glad I did. Kirster is amazing.

I found it by googling 'Leaving Wallander'. It is a good interview isn't it. I'd love to see him on stage.
