Haven't watched it since Dirty Den got shot!! Sorry but all soaps just leave me cold. I used to work with people who had hardly any conversation except for what was happening in the various soaps (I don't think GNs are like that!!).

Oh, I think that was someone he owed money to. Someone bent and unscrupulous. His (now dead) brother Derek arranged it. (the loan not the beating up. More to it than that but I zoned out.
