I've not noticed that so far, I tend to make free messenger or wattsapp calls now but i am nostalgic for red phone boxes. I was recently in Gibraltar and they make a feature of red phone boxes and red post boxes there which always brings a tear to my eye.

.....and having to repeat things or ask others to repeat what they've just said is frustrating.

Oh, for the old days of the red phone box with it's A and B buttons and (almost) always clear signal.

Even if the nearest one to our house, back in the fifties, was way down the bottom of a muddy farm track.

You can't have it all, can you?
