Do I win the most uncooperative dog at a polling station picture? The wind is really high which gets him excited, and he’s not playing nice photographs, in fact he’s laughing at me.
Perhaps the chilly weather is keeping everyone indoors, it was so much quieter than usual I even got to a hospital appointment half an hour early. Then spent 4 hours there, waiting around.
There was a queue at the polling station. In all the time I have lived here this is the first time I had to wait to vote. No dogs outside but there was a bored looking baby being taken in.
I went on my disability scooter very well wrapped in warm clothing to post my vote about two weeks ago but sadly nobody offered to take my photograph. Here in Stockport today it is very cold, rather like March instead of July.
I didn't take a photo with the dog outside, but this is his assessment of it all just now. I wore jeans and a pink sweatshirt. It's chilly here, but dry.
It’s a national polling day ‘thing’ eazybee, lots of pictures on BBC, and they are encouraging people to send them pictures. Only the really dumb would think they could take their dog inside though.
Oh, is this why people are taking pictures of their dog at the Polling station? And the usual people who try and insist they can take their dog in with them, despite large notices from the village hall forbidding this.
Wasn’t Ashtaka Murty wearing a beautiful dress when she voted?
I'm not so many miles away from Richmond, the sun is shining but there's a very chilly wind blowing. My first thought when I saw that dress was 'I bet she's cold' 🤣
