I have been thinking about this site and I realise it's not doing me any good whatsoever. I absolutely genuinely feel afraid of the turmoil we are in. I try to make sense of it and use this place as a way of trying to do that.

It really makes me sad to read the crowing and name calling ....Leavers/Remainers and so on, things are more complicated and nuanced than that.

Also given my tendency to rumination and lacking motivation, I find myself spending far too much time here.
