Suffolk - Beccles and Ipswich

I'm in Aylsham. I started driving again yesterday but Beccles is just a bit too far. Or rather a bit too long, Norwich being in the way. I get very stiff sitting for long, seize up. Next time would be lovely though.

Oh that's a shame Dumpling (sorry that sounds a bit rude ).

Whereabouts roughly are you coming from? Just wondered if anyone could give you a lift - is it actual driving that's the problem, or just sitting in a car for too long?

If not, I'm sure we will have further meet ups.

I would have loved to have come as Beccles is well within reach normally, but I only drove for the first time yesterday after me new knee and Best Beloved is putting his foot down with a firm hand and says its too far! (I'd argue - but I fear he's right)

Just to say the Beccles meetup has been agreed for 18th May at Kings Head Beccles again, at 11 30am.

Looking forward to another enjoyable meetup, we may have more new people this time.
