Bed bugs from B&B

Just returned from a 2 day bteak. To my horror I think I have bedbug bites.
Has anyone else had this . I also have some on one arm. I am really mortified. Any help please is welcome.

The problem is that the bugs pick you as a carrier. Any public seat cinema, plane, train bus etc. or even if you walk over an infected area in the ridges of your soles.

I watched a YouTube clip of a guy sitting on the tube with a bed bug crawling up his trousers 😩
With the amount of people travelling now, we have really become a small world, so there is going to be more infestations unfortunately.

mokryna we buy food grade diatomaceous earth.
It's edible so as well as using it in the garden you can use it round food areas and (for example) to stop ants walking into the kitchen. No worrying about pets
