I like the Nigella Clementine cake www.nigella.com/recipes/clementine-cake

It’s very easy, you just have to be around while the clementines are boiling. It makes a big moist cake that everyone likes.

Have you tried googling ‘no flour’ cakes. I had a recipe for an almond cake years ago which used no flour - a Good Food recipe.
