I have an unused cafetiere which has gathered dust in a cupboard for years, but would like to use it for visitors sometimes. Being a coffee hater I have no idea what type of grounds to use, fine or coarse, dark or light, or how much to use per cup. Could you please recommend a middle-of-the road product, preferably fair trade?
