.....at our leisure centres, went today and really enjoyed it. Bit like Pilates . Felt well stretched....and relaxed at the end of it lol. Have you been?

Just wish I could actually do this. I'm so stiff and seized up that I can't even sit on the floor. We'll I can sort of get down but no luck getting back up
