Thanks shysal. I lost very gradually 1 - 2lb a week generally, virtually giving up potatoes and bread was easy, eating lots of lean meat and loads of fruit and veg I thought may be hard, but isn’t. I gave up sugar in tea and coffee but refused to lose my beloved full fat cheese and butter.
