We have lost a total of 5 stone 12 lbs that is more than the weight of my 7yr old Grandson... that is fantastic!!! We should still have the flag!!

Happy Christmas everyone! Now is the time for good food, fine wines and elasticated waistbands, so enjoy it, do not feel guilty, and we'll have another go at becoming svelte next year. Thank you to glass and all of you who are so encouraging. A very Happy New Year to one and all!!

crimson No the scales are not watching. Didn't you hear on the news? They've all gone on strike because of the anticipated stress in 2013.

Merry Christmas to all my fellow losers - lost a bit yesterday but there it was back again this morning - and I have a feeling every little ounce-gremlin is bringing a few friends to the scales-party so I am admitting to nothing

Thank you ALL especially Glass for all your help and support over the year. I will weigh in again in early-ish January and then make a concerted effort to reach and stick at my target - meanwhile a couple weeks of indulgence beckons!

How can I ask people not to give me chocolate as a thank you? Just munching my way through a box of Roses . Even though I'm eating them secretly I think the scales are watching.
