Happy Christmas to you notso
Happy Christmas to you too glass
Thanks Glass for putting up the thread but I don't want to admit to myself let alone any of you so won't be putting my weight on this week!
I hope you all have a happy Christmas doing the things which make you joyful. I feel very fortunate to be sharing mine with family. {fsmile}
Diet thread!!! On Christmas Eve!!!
Shooh!
Have a lovely Christmas Glass. x
How can I ask people not to give me chocolate as a thank you? Just munching my way through a box of Roses
. Even though I'm eating them secretly I think the scales are watching.
Merry Christmas to all my fellow losers - lost a bit yesterday but there it was back again this morning - and I have a feeling every little ounce-gremlin is bringing a few friends to the scales-party so I am admitting to nothing
Thank you ALL especially Glass for all your help and support over the year. I will weigh in again in early-ish January and then make a concerted effort to reach and stick at my target - meanwhile a couple weeks of indulgence beckons!
crimson No the scales are not watching. Didn't you hear on the news? They've all gone on strike because of the anticipated stress in 2013.
Happy Christmas all of you. Enjoy yourselves and we can worry about it when all the festivites have finished - about 12th night as far as I can see.
Happy Christmas everyone! Now is the time for good food, fine wines and elasticated waistbands, so enjoy it, do not feel guilty, and we'll have another go at becoming svelte next year. Thank you to glass and all of you who are so encouraging. A very Happy New Year to one and all!!
phoenix I could kiss you well done
Thank you everyone for being great over the last few months and hopefully see you all in January. Enjoy the holidays and there is nothing that we cant deal with in January,
Merry Christmas jingle x
