NB: I am putting this up because I think maybe interesting to some. If all you want to do is attack someone please do it elsewhere. If you are not interested - don't listen. I really can't make it any plainer than that but, for those who are interested, this is the link to yesterday and today.

Laibak you won't develop an immunity from shingles.
You develop shingles if you have had chickenpox as the virus moves into your nervous system and can 'sit' at the base of your spine.

Sorry to say today's update seems to me to be quite stark. Not that we should be surprised.

It's also worth listening to if you haven't had a letter from the PM.

Yesterdays blog again stressing how important it is too take VitD. Also 800 people have been tested by Porton Down and they should find out what proportion of the population have had the virus without showing symptoms.
