Grammaretto you are suffering mightily. It’s bad enough at the best of times I expect but you are so busy it must be frustrating and upsetting in equal measure. Out here in Spain diazepam is prescribed as a muscle relaxant if indicated after an X-ray. Himself had them years ago. The difference they made was truly amazing - better than any strong pain relief so I do feel for your distress.
