Wave to GSM ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹ (never too sure, hoping this is a wave and not a slap haha!)

While we're on the subject of 'disappearing contributors', I haven't seen Anniebach posting for a while, and hoped all was ok with her.

I think I saw her yesterday ๐Ÿ‘

Love the poem.

Hi to Allura.

Hoping all is ok healthwise with Anniebach

I have bought a Bottlebrush top from Seasalt. It is lovely.

I don't work for Seasalt

We have that here too, GrannyGravy, โ€œhereโ€ being in your general area part of the U.K. itโ€™s flipping miserable but needs must so itโ€™s off to Waitrose or Lidl shortly. Thought Iโ€™d add a bit of sparkle to the thread.

Have you thought about publishing. Worth a try ๐Ÿ˜‚

Waves to Allira. Still missing you.

Lovely little poem MissAdventure

Well, i thought a little verse would appeal to Allira --and it's better than sniping at each other--

So much better than 'sniping at each other' and...what's wrong with knitting - love a bit of knitting chat grin

Sorry - meant to quote Molly. I expect that's another cardinals I've committed.

So, so sorry Tuliptree. I didnโ€™t know what you posted was a typo.
I thought it was something I hadnโ€™t heard of, which is why I asked you to clarify it.

There are lots of words to describe this thread but pleasant is hardly one of them.

Oh I think youโ€™re right again, Tuliptree.

Thank heavens for all those still supporting Allira though on this thread about posters missing missing posters.

Allira, Allira,
How i long to be near her.
There's nobody dearer, than our sweet Allira flowers

I like that, MissA! And if Allira is watching this from afar, I can only add my name to the list of those who are utterly baffled by GNHQ and their decision-making process. And their so-called 'explanations' have explained very little, to be honest.

Oreo

Well it was pleasant.

Not for many hundreds of poss back maybe.

What does that even mean?

Raining in Cheshire too. Orlin had a hospital appointment, dropped him at the main entrance and found a parking space at least a mile away. Got soaked walking to entrance then realised I had left the ticket, which is required for payment, in the car. Rinse and repeat literally!

Ah, we have our own GN Poet Laureate ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Tuliptree my post was general not TO anyone in particular but came after several posts by Oreo. No need to be defensive.

Pouring down here in the NW too. Can't beat a bit of mundanity occasionally IMHO.

GrannyGravy13 Thu 11-Jun-26 13:33:33

I hope you are not getting the horrendous weather that we have here in S E Essex Allira enjoy your afternoon ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ

It has been raining since 9am, alternating between light drizzle and really heavy downpours โ˜”๏ธโ˜”๏ธโ˜”๏ธ
