Just popping in from a sunny Stockport to send best wishes to Nanabanana and particularly for her D.
I have been there and done that so know how you will be feeling.
My S and his partner are taking her D to uni today, a mix of excitement and apprehension, it will be the same for young ones all over the country, I wish them all the best.

Good morning, bright and sunny in east London. Just tried out our new shower and very impressed, although one of the builders who we weren’t expecting is back in today doing ‘bits’ but at least it’s quiet so far. Grocery shopping today, local jumble trail in Wanstead this afternoon and may even get round to cooking a meal tonight.
Granbananal, hope all goes well for your daughter and condolences, Brunette, both of you should be kind to yourselves today.

What a treat this drop of fine weather is. A lovely morning so I'll do a bit of jumper/trouser washing.
I'd decided to walk my 1/4 of a mile to Asda yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it and felt fine in the sun, walking the long length of the cemetery saying my usual " good mornings " to everyone. If anyone was ever behind me they'd send for the white van but I don't care.

Thinking of those who've lost someone and also the forthcoming procedures in hospital. Yes, Dragonfly has done so well which gives everyone hope. Stay strong.

Enjoy this day and make the most of this Autumn sunshine.

Big tidy up today after lots of visitors then treat myself to a nice supper. Washing is out on a very windy line - hope it is still there later.
