While hunting for paper plates etc. for Gds' birthday party the other day (had to go to 6 shops to find paper cups, not plastic!) - I checked The Works - they had C-word bits and pieces on display already!
First time I've ever seen them in July.

I too misunderstood the thread title ! I stopped using Twitter earlier this year after posting about democracy and getting trolled calling me a name that rhymes with punt smile.
As for CH—- the older I get the less I bother with it. The family just want cash as they always think any presents I buy stink ! Last year I had fish fingers and chips for CH dinner and my husband had pie smile Already had two Christmas catalogues.... BINNED !
