Snog, Marry, Avoid (Just for fun)

We post three people and then everyone has to say which one they would snog (in the dirty version it's shag) which they would marry and which they would avoid. When we've had a few posts we could have new people.
So First Up
Jeremy Corbyn, Boris Johnson and Jeremy Hunt
I'd Snog Hunt, marry JC (it probably wouldn't last long) and avoid Johnson.
Anyone else?

Sorry trisher didn’t realise it was just those three!!

Snog - Boris (he has had a lot of practice so hopefully good !!)

Marry - Jeremy Hunt (he seems docile so should be malleable)

Avoid - Jeremy Corbyn (I just couldn’t!!!!)

Yes, of course lois, many times, but it's often because they have charm, charisma or their sense of humour, Corbyn does not qualify on any count.

He also looks like the sort of person who might have random bits of food stuck in his beard.

(I worked with a chap like that, and on several occasions had to point out that cress from his sandwich had found its way into his facial hair, and at least twice he was sporting a rather jaunty baked bean)

For those who haven't noticed Gonegirl has set a new three-Trump, Merkel and the little rocket man (I think that's Kim-Jong-un). And you thought I was bad grin

blossom14 Mon 01-Jul-19 21:01:59

Snog Boris- bite his tongue off, job done.
Marry Hunt - rich enough to put up with.
Avoid Corbyn- although I wouldn't mind as a next door neighbour for any left over allotment goodies

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 21:36:12

I too would marry Angela. She looks as though she would keep a nice house and we would have meals on time without me lifting a finger.

You can share the other two between you all.

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 21:37:20

I sometimes think having a wife wouldn't be such a bad idea.

Grandma70s Mon 01-Jul-19 21:38:20

Avoid all. Possibly briefly snog Hunt because (as several others have said) at least he looks clean.

trisher Mon 01-Jul-19 21:38:21

Gonegirl That's what I thought!!! A little bit of efficiency and everything would be sorted and neat. Why wouldn't you marry her??

Grandma70s Mon 01-Jul-19 21:41:57

Avoid Trump and rocket man, marry Merkel. I don't want to snog any of them, thank you.

Sara65 Mon 01-Jul-19 21:46:14

Yes , definitely marry Angela, I think life would run very smoothly and efficiently with her, she would take charge of everything, and I could become a lady of leisure

The other two, more difficult, I suppose if I snogged Trump, he’d tweet about it, and everyone would know , but I couldn’t snog Rocket Man, that would be too weird

Can’t we have some half decent choices please?

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 21:52:15

Right. Now we've sorted Angela Merkle's new job out, someone start another three.

Riverwalk Mon 01-Jul-19 21:57:37

How about

John Bercow
Nigel Farage
Michael Fabricant

Callistemon Mon 01-Jul-19 22:03:39

Bloomin' 'eck, Riverwalk shock
It gets worse grin

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 22:04:29

John Bercow's quite sweet. And he actually lives in the Houses of Parliament. Be handy for popping out for a bit of west end shopping. I'll marry him.

Farage - you're joking!

Dunno who the third one is.

Riverwalk Mon 01-Jul-19 22:04:42

This is a toughie.

Bercow - snog, it's doable
Fabricant - marry so I can run my fingers through his hair
Nige - avoid, although it would be hard

Riverwalk Mon 01-Jul-19 22:06:08

Calli it's not supposed to be easy!

GG - Google him.

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 22:08:22

I have.

He likes the Archers.

Nope! Real life DH obsessed with the Archers. Not having another lot of that. Don't like his looks anyway.

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 22:11:17

John Bercow makes me think of the Hobbitt. That is a point in his favour. We could have fun rolling plates down the hall.

Riverwalk Mon 01-Jul-19 22:12:52

Well you've already married Bercow, for the perks, so you have to snog Fabricant.

Callistemon Mon 01-Jul-19 22:17:37

Bercow - marry (perhaps he'll make me laugh!)

No, no, can't even think about it

phoenix Mon 01-Jul-19 22:21:34

Perhaps instead of "Snog, Marry Avoid" we might consider:

Incarcerate (various reasons may be given)

Elevate (Knighthood, Sainthood etc)

Castrate (various methods can be applied, chemical, clean surgical, rusty penknife with no anaesthetic, possibly a splash of Dettol/Carbolic/Jeyes fluid after.)

Gonegirl Mon 01-Jul-19 22:23:45

Fabricant - sounds like a laundry product. Fabric softener.

No. You can have him. And his mop. (Worse than Boris's)

Anniebach Mon 01-Jul-19 22:25:37

Marry Bercow, he seems a loyal husband

Farage ignore

Fabricant , a very quick snog

Sara65 Tue 02-Jul-19 06:37:32

This is worse!

I too had to google Fabricant, didn’t much like what I read so I’ll avoid him I think

I suppose I could marry Bercow, I quite like short men, but I hope he wouldn’t use his speakers voice at home

That leaves Nige! Well he looks clean enough, it would have to be quick though

sodapop Tue 02-Jul-19 08:16:18

Oh no - with most of these I'd have to hie me to a nunnery as someone else said.
