Losing it over losing things!

I just found some things I'd forgotten about in the attic this morning!
Lovely, I thought! We're supposed to be decluttering but they are going to go on display and make more clutter

I really must get around to trying to sell stuff an Ebay, haven't done it before, have sent loads of things that had a value to the charity shop

Every day MissAd I lose things find them and lose them again I sell my grandkids teenage clothes on eBay and often have a flap as I can’t find where I ve put them when they sell

I'm relieved its not just me, but I still can't find the bleeding thing!
I keep looking, getting all hot and het up.
Grandson helps by looking in the fridge and so on..

Oh yes, all the time. I am still searching the house and even asking our AC if they can picture where I might have put something important.
Now at least I have some new places to look!
My DM always suggested retracing your steps from when you last remember it.....and pray to St Anthony.

Virgo here too ? MissA, calm down and stop looking. Just before you go to sleep try to remember where you last saw it - it must be recently because you will have taken a picture of it presumably? Hopefully when you look tomorrow you will find it almost immediately. This works for me on a daily basis with Big Thomas, Big Percy, Tiny Thomas, Teeny Tiny Percy, Tiny Emily, Teeny Tiny Hiro etc. ..... ?

I need an Aries to come in a throw everything around the place until they find it.

We lost the Fairy liquid to wash the dishes with this week .

MY DH emptied all the suitcases for me 2 weeks ago when snow threatened as I could not find my warm and waterproof coat! It involved a lot of clambering in tops of cupboards etc! I eventually located it in the cupboard under the stairs that we had both checked previously!

About five years ago I got the sewing box out to sew a button on something. I haven't seen that sewing box since and it's not as though it was small

I nearly had a melt down on Monday. Having opened a new savings account, on line, I then discovered that I had ‘lost’ all the log in details, account numbers etc, etc, that I had jotted down as I was creating the account. I gave in and rang the company, and was gently and carefully talked through the recovery of said account.
Yesterday, I picked up my knitting, and there was my notebook with all the info.

Look at the Ebay picture you took and see what the background is. It may still be there (or near there) and seeing the photo may jog your memory of what you then did with it.

I hung it on my wardrobe door to take the photos, then hung it on my bed knob after that.
Now though, its nowhere to be found.
I'm a fairly orderly person, but it has just disappeared!
I'm going to have to take it off eBay if it doesn't show itself soon.

I put something on eBay, told DD who told me I must not sell it as it was the only thing she liked in our house. I didn't want a bad review so I left it up but no photo and no blurb just a basic description. Unfortunately someone bid so I had to confess. The bidder was not pleased. Now I've still got the darned thing!

We bought a new summer house for the garden about 14 years ago. DH gave me the keys. I put them in one of the cubby holes in the desk in the hall. They are not there now!!! I have asked St Anthony for them on more than one occasion, he had not delivered.?

Over a year ago, my daughter was doing something here, and asked if I had a jug. I said of course, went to get it from it`s usual place in the cupboard...……..no jug. I searched high and low for days, still no jug. Bought a new one. Yesterday I was looking in the self same cupboard for something else, there, staring me in the face, was the "missing" jug!

I've just been having another look; opening the same cupboards, looking in all the places I've already looked.
Who has it?!?

If it wasn't a coat I would suggest the wash. But in a bag to take to the dry cleaner?
Are you wearing it? Back of the bathroom door?
Back of the settee under cushions?
I'm sure it has to turn up.
I spent ages looking for my phone until I realised it was in my hand.

Well, I keep finding scarves and hats on my coat stand that aren’t mine (and nobody else claims), MissA, but I haven’t any surplus coats, honest!

My washing bin is empty (told you I keep an orderly ship!)
I never wear things which need dry cleaning, so nope.
I have 2 bags of clothes for charity, but they've been inspected, and its not in there.
No backs of doors, not in any cupboards.
I'm at a loss.
