Good morning from Moseley, Mick and all to come.
Heading up to Wilmslow in a bit for my sister in law's funeral
Nice to have DD to drive me and especially for company.

It's also raining in North Leicestershire and is a little warmer.

Lunch at the pub with 3 friends I used to volunteer with and maybe a trip to the big blue and yellow warehouse.

Good morning Micheal, Mawbroon, kitty and everyoneand Anniebach from a dark and wet Birmingham. I’ve had a restless night and don’t feel ready for my hospital appointment, but heigh ho, needs must. Writing class this afternoon, then a very early night I think.

Wet and miserable here in the Fens, I can hear the wind whistling down the chimney, still it beats scraping the frost off the car before I go to work! Not doing anything interesting except for work all day.

Having kitchen floor tiled today, so just moved the essentials into dining room, ie Kettle, tea and cofffe

Still not back to normal healthwise so another recovery day for me. DH will do the laundry.

Good morning all from a still dark Aberdeenshire. There is a faint glow in the East which must have told the crows it's time to get up. Off they went in their thousands...It's like Hitchcock's film.
Hopefully, the fence man is coming today to make the place dog proof and re-lay some slabs so I shall be on tea duty. It is bitterly cold and rather he than me working outside.

Morning All

Dark, wet, windy and ‘orible here in Norfolk.

I was going to art class this morning but I think I’ll stay and paint here instead. We were only finishing off last weeks project and I’ve done that. Flamingoes. Who knew that getting the colours right on a flamingo could be so hard. First attempt was decidedly luminous. I’m rather flamingoed out now.

Good morning from a wet and windy East Northants. Still tired from a very restless night. I need a small roof tile repair but so far have only had an estimate of cost by email, without even looking at the job. I need a firm quote by someone who has looked at it. I guess they are just not interested in the smaller jobs. I think it will be a day pottering indoors. Thinking of you Mawbroon.

Bit warmer than it has been in Cumbria. Table tennis for me this morning. One of our sons is arriving this afternoon to stay for a week which will be lovely. Hope today goes OK for you Maw.

A quiet day for me after a busy weekend, some sewing alterations to finish and making meals for the next few days.

Good morning everyone from a damp but fairly mild South Manchester. I have a mammogram appointment at noon then on the way home I will pick up a book I ordered from our independent bookshop. ‘Why We Sleep’ a non fiction getting excellent reviews so I will put it to one side and suggest it for my book club next month - a change from novels.

Giving yoga a miss this morning but hoping to get out to the cinema this afternoon to see 'Collette.'
Lovely lunch out with family yesterday, an excellent carvery, and we shared a bottle of proseccco!

Good morning Michael, Annie and all from a dull, wet Berks. So happy that the snow has gone. supposedto be going to a coffee morning today, but not sure it is still on. DD coming lunch time, and we can have a long catch up, lovely.
Had dreams about painting/upcycling a couple of chests of drawers, but probably all pie in the sky
