Reading, knitting/crocheting. I have hundreds of photographs, which I keep meaning to organise better, including making a scrap book for each of the five grandchildren. I also intend to 'catalogue' all of our financial/formal papers etc into a more user friendly format for the AC. 'Meaning to ' isn't good enough though. I really should knuckle down, but, after two moves, one temporary and the other permanent, all of which I had to do myself, due to DH's poor health, plus looking for new resources for AC , who has learning difficulties, and is still at home, but I'm still reeling a bit. I'm doing the easy things first ie the reading and craft.
You could try making a scrap book, or writing your personal history. If you have access to catch up TV, you might well find something that catches your attention. There is loads of rubbish, but some good programmes as well.
