Just come back from Sainsburys feeling miffed. They sent me a voucher for £9 off a £60 spend but then refused to give it to me because I had bought spirits. No, I told them I hadn't bought any alcohol and was told I had because I had spent £3.50 on Bailey's chocolates! Really? Why were they in the chocolate aisle and not the alcohol aisle? I would have gone and bought something else but was already fed up with the very long queues so didn't want to annoy other shoppers.
Is this petty or am I being silly?
Ah dear - why does getting older equate to dimished brain power?
