Good morning all

Bright, sunny and warm in SE Essex, off to the gym for 1 1/2 of huffing and puffing, I think it is doing me good!!

B9 it's hard visiting a loved one with dementia, much more draining for the people who are visiting.

But the happy feeling it instills in the person living with dementia is well worth while!

It's grey and breezy in Nottingham. I've been up for hours but have been faffing about with things. Lunch with my sister-in-law later

I lived in W S Mare for 2 years DoraMarr and after 20 years I still miss Somerset! If I wasn't on my own I would go back tomorrow.

I'm a U3A member B9 - great way to meet new friends! I've tried various activities but settled on 10 pin bowling, which I've loved since I was a teenager.

Morning Mick and All.

Late calling in as I woke with a sick migraine so am just taking it easy in sunny Buckinghamshire. Just listened to a short meditation for those feeling off colour and I feel surprisingly better after it.

Hope your throat is feeling better soon Mary perhaps once it is lubricated you will feel better.

Have a good week folks.
