Well Done for getting as far as you have. Keep going, you can get back more of your life that you thought you could. You know you can given how far you've already come.

It's these sort of posts that keep me looking at GN.

What an amazing group of people, willing to share their experiences and encouragement to help others. So much good in the world goes un-noticed, it's a real joy to see the good on this thread.

Wow ! How lovely for you to get outside. I am pleased you have managed this outing on your scooter . Taking each day at a time, small steps etc. is a good thing.
I have used hypnotherapy and I found it very helpful for my circumstance so I hope you find a therapy that works for you & keeps you progressing to your goals. Good luck!
