Cotton Traders are really good and Bonmarche have a reasonable selection.

Landsend's sizings are all over the place. I bought a lovely pair of jeans which fitted perfectly and that I have worn a few times so decided to buy another pair. They were ridiculously enormous round the waist and, when I wrote to Landsend to complain, I received no reply.

I have resorted to wearing a leather belt (M&S) to go round the waists of M&S jeans

I did buy a pair from Bonmarche but they are huge in the waist too and seem to work their way down.
So I have to use the belt with them too.

I just checked eBay, and there are 350 new pairs of M & S classic jeans listed.

Don't you get bunching, jalima? And they don't have enough belt loops either!

No, they don't need taking in that much (my waist is not that small Kittylester ), but just enough so they feel more secure

I have abandoned the Bonmarche ones except for gardening as they do tend to start working their way down!

Do you think they have stopped doing them and someone bought up the remainder in a job lot MissA?

Yes, another that suggests you try Maine at Debenhams and while you’re in there also check out Mantaray.

I have discovered some great jeggings in Next. Around £20/22 a pair. They are pull on with an elastic waist,come in various colours and denim. They are the most comfortable jeans I have ever worn. I have them in every colour and wear every day. Really recommend.

Sainsbury's do very comfy jeans that are flattering too - could have a look in there if all else fails!

M&S Per Una high rise are a nice shape. I also buy from Next as they have four way stretch!

I live in bonmarche jeans. I find them a good shape for me. They sit comfortably just below my waist and they do a 31 leg (I like my jeans to almost touch the floor). I have got a nice pair of black stretch jeans that I got in sainsburys. If I need to wear a belt I have a plaited elasticated one from Amazon which is really comfortable.

I go with jeggings too, but have to shop around for ones that fit your personal shape!

Yours - they have shops and online. Their jeans are elasticated, with stretch fabric and I find them really good value. They also do a range of leg lengths including extra short which are great - not too short in the body as M&S were.

M&S jeggings are really great and inexpensive too - one of the few products of theirs that I like.
The sizings come in a bit small, tho', so probably best to try in store. Their size 10 usually fits me well, but needed a 12 in jeggings.

I live in jeggings gave up on bon marche ones as others have said they tend to slide down. I have asda and sainsburys peacocks and roman you have to shop around to find ones that fit you but you will never look back once you do.
