Ridiculous advertisements.

Well Phoenix ,these days they have to look rugged & groomed at the same time ,then there's the flossing , manicures , moisturising etc, some of them put my beauty regime to shame !

Just when I thought it couldn't get any more ridiculous, an ad for very large TV'S, with a tag line along the lines of "that's what Christmas is all about!"

Please tell me I dreamed it!

The one I can’t bear at the moment is the Woman of 62 who makes all the men fall off their bikes ....

For me its the toddler shouting out a Tina Turner song n the back seat for the AA-gross!!

I dislike all of the above.

I hate any advert for cars that have the steering wheel on the wrong side. I know they've made a generic advert but it really irritates me.

My advert likes are the ones with dogs in, especially the white poodle singing in a high pitched voice.

I hate that woman climbing up into the roof of what looks like St Paul's Cathedral. I think she's advertising perfume but I couldn't tell you what sort.

The shouty ones selling a certain brand of cleaning product irritate me, as does one for an electrical appliance where we are told at the end that it costs 299 "paahnds"

Talking of shouty ads, what about that awful one for new windows? 'Buy one, get one free, I said buy one, get one free!'

I'm maybe only the person that doesn't like the meerkats adverts. I find them ridiculous beyond belief. Plus, they are ugly!

They're too thin! I like something cuddly. Cuddly and squishy looking is cute.

I love the Meerkat ads, I have Aleksander and Baby Oleg on my shelf.
I`m so pleased that the Money Supermarket ad with the man (?) walking along in shorts and high heels, wiggling his posterior, has stopped being shown, at least I hope so. If he`d wiggled past me I`d have stuck a (large) pin in his bum!

The ad for guide dogs is really irritating me at the moment. Very worthwhile cause but why do they think that sending us "pupdates" is going to persuade us to contribute?! Every time I hear that line coming I'm cringing.

All the loan adverts that say they'll lend you money to get you out of a tight financial spot but at 1000+%

Same here vampire once the poor viewer has rung the number they are well and truely caught up with never ending telephone calls to wear them down to proceeding.

I've just seen an advert on tv for a front fastening bra that will "make your Christmas great". That's an amazing bra! I must order one immediately.

The new ad for SMYTHS children`s store is absolutely disgusting . Who ever thought it was good advertising to talk about snot needs their head testing . As soon as it comes on I switch over .

The computer game adverts that look like they're advertising a film and say in the small print that they're not even showing part of the game.

Any charity advert that tries to make me feel guilty.

I absolutely hated the 'Stand up ' & Beat cancer 'ads' thankfully they don't seem to be on anymore. I felt that it had the potential to make those who were undergoing treat feel as if they were somehow responsible for not trying hard enough , which came across to me as an added slap in the face .

The ones for Over Fifties Life insurance really irritate me. I find them terribly patronising.
