Hi peeps, I'm home. ?????

Came home in my nightie and dressing gown, didn't care, just wanted to "break free"!

It's lovely being home, my own settee, ahhh. There's care in place, being well looked after by a lovely lady, she seems to know what she's s doing and is ever so friendly and jolly. She does a shift in the morning, noon and at tea time to help with remembering my injections and warfarin. So nice and looked after, feel very pampered, lol.

They forgot to send me home with my heparin. So many phone calls later this morning (I really wanted to be doing this on first day home), and forced to speak to the jobsworth "I've got an attitude problem stuck up my ass" ward clark from the ward I was on, a doctor sent a prescription to my chemist and they have delivered it this afternoon. Next time I'm ill, I'm going to the zoo coz the chimps there could do a better job than all this lot. ?

Going to watch The Chase in peace and quiet, thank you all, I will keep you updated. I hope you are enjoying the milder weather, your beautiful gardens and each other. Take care, lots of love Xxx

Glad that you are now back home and that some proper care is in place. Can't believe the heparin failed to be included in the drugs that were sent home with you! Bit of a clanger that! Enjoy being at home.

Ruby I'm sure you'll sleep well in your own bed tonight. I was away for only 2 nights over the weekend but oh! the bliss of being back in my bed on Monday night! Keep taking the tablets (and the prunes if necessary ) and chat when you feel like it. Welcome Home x

Thank you ladies, you really have given me the strength to get through what has turned out to be an ordeal and a lot of pain. Luckily I can manage my own pain control now and not wait two hours for relief. Your photos, good wishes and general cheer leading has gone so far in helping me, thank you all ever so much.
