I suppose it is not possible for PD sufferers to take a mild sedative? or a herbal remedy? I really admire everyone who lives and cares for someone like this, I hope you can all get out for some relaxation sometimes. It must be hard for the person who is paranoid, they can never relax. How about mindfulness sessions?
I must admit that I have become a worrier myself, mostly about driving, (being a passenger is worse), also about things in the house not working - boiler, loose floorboards etc, at the moment I am already panicking about the wind forecast for my area tomorrow, as I have a tree in the garden and my fence is not brilliant. I lived in the SE when we had the hurricane in 1987 and a fence panel smashed a window at the back of the house and a tile smashed the car windscreen at the front, but I had an adult son living with me which helped. Now I am on my own. ☹️
"Old fashioned" expressions that young people have never heard.
