Good morning MOnica-- First, thank you for welcoming me as a new member. Second - Thank you for speaking your mind truly I'm NOT easy with using a "username"- my Christian name is Justin - born in Surrey, UK, then grew up here -when it was Nyasaland 1948 to 1965 I'm very English, with my ancestry coming from Barnstaple. I returned here in 2013 because I (Div 25yrs ago) realised my pension could provide for others in genuine need --so I've now permanent residence --please see profile.
Usernames can help the reader link an individual to somewhere and I do want to help place "Africa" and "poverty" into the readers mind -- so which name to use I'll work on of 2 more days.
What do I do -- Firstly, I care for a "slave girl" I rescued in 2014, and she now lives mostly in her own village just one hour away -- then helping with money, to fix grass roofs which are often destroyed during heavy storms paying for Medical treatment or Medicines when necessary replenishing food supplies or needed clothing etc or helping with School fees. --
You know- a few more healthy retirees should come and see this very beautiful place -- only a few hours flight --please Google= Usisya village , Malawi and see.
In a few days I will download lots of photos for all to see-
