Anyone who has noticed that she hasn't posted for a while might not be surprised to learn that she's unable to receive PMs.

We all know what that means.

angry

I think it's much more likely that Granjura left on her own accord. She has a history of doing so she feels comments have got too heated.

Jalima Sun 15-Jan-17 13:00:58

Why on earth would anyone go looking for them?
They usually make themselves very obvious
They are often looking for advice on school uniforms.

Iam64 Sun 15-Jan-17 13:02:17

Yes ceesnan, no doubt granjura will return

Cherrytree59 Sun 15-Jan-17 16:31:16

I hope I've got it right this time!
but I'm sure Granjura said on a post she would be over in UK visiting her family in january
If that's the case I expect she will quite busy at the moment.

grannypiper Sun 15-Jan-17 16:39:38

How can anyone remember what another poster said 6 months ago?, i cant remember what anyone said yesterday confused

petra Sun 15-Jan-17 17:01:58

I doubt if granjura can afford to come to the uk now. I'm sure some wink will remember that she never missed an opportunity to go banging on about how bad things were since the brexit post. Probably taking in washing.

wot Sun 15-Jan-17 17:45:22

Don't be like that.

Stansgran Sun 15-Jan-17 17:56:18

I think I have her everyday email from when I was in Switzerland at the time of the search for Greatnan but I don't know if it's still used and if she would answer me.

Ana Sun 15-Jan-17 18:01:20

granjura flounced, as she had done many times before. She said she was going to, and did it.

I really doubt that there is any cause for concern about her welfare.

Jalima Sun 15-Jan-17 18:04:15

She said she was going to, and did it.
A woman of determination.

wot Sun 15-Jan-17 18:06:05

She was lovely about rescuing her cat so I don't like to read anything "off" about her even if I get told off for that.

Cherrytree59 Sun 15-Jan-17 18:09:29

grannypiper it wasn't 6 months ago gj posted around xmas that she was staying at home with DH for Christmas & going to see her family in UK January

Jalima Sun 15-Jan-17 18:13:16

My remark was not meant as a criticism.

Determination is a positive thing.

Jane10 Sun 15-Jan-17 18:16:51

Stop being so nasty about GJ! You may not agree with her views but some of the comments here are quite out of order and I'm very surprised to read them. shock

Eloethan Sun 15-Jan-17 18:17:25

petra and ana Rather nasty comments. I like granjura.

wot Sun 15-Jan-17 18:19:50

So do I.

Ana Sun 15-Jan-17 18:40:52

I don't see how my post could be construed as 'nasty'. It stated the truth, nothing more, nothing less.

J52 Sun 15-Jan-17 19:10:29

I did not intend to post on this thread, but I know GJ in RL, I can assure that she would not be in a position to have to 'take in washing'.

I am saying no more, good evening.

wot Sun 15-Jan-17 19:14:48

Good on anybody who needed to and did so (take in washing) better than going hungry.

Jane10 Sun 15-Jan-17 19:15:35

I particularly disliked the comment about her 'taking in washing' . I think I can understand why people might leave the sort of forum where this sort of thing is said. I know it wasn't you who said that Ana.

varian Sun 15-Jan-17 19:18:55

If you're still out there, reading this thread, please come back, Granjura. I'm sure I'm not the only gnetter who valued your contributions.

wot Sun 15-Jan-17 19:21:41

And "banging on" is not a very nice way to put it.

annodomini Sun 15-Jan-17 19:49:20

Quite right, J52! No matter how much you may disagree with someone there is no need to be insulting.

Bellanonna Sun 15-Jan-17 19:58:25

Agree with the last few comments and as I said before GJ made a very generous offer some months ago, which received many positive replies at the time.

Ceesnan Sun 15-Jan-17 20:44:45

But you must admit that she did get quite wound up about Brexit and certainly didn't pull any punches when it came to expressing her opinion of those who had dared to be stupid enough to vote to leave. If I remember rightly at one time they were "too thick to know better". Is it any wonder some are less than enamoured?
