DH Christmas present cancelled!

No he is not on the naughty step!

I ordered his present about ten days ago and the payment went through and I received an email telling me that it was being despatched so naturally I thought it was all done and dusted. Now I have received another email to say it has been cancelled as they cannot fulfil my order! A bit late to let me down like that!shock

I don't know if I can find another brilliant idea, get it, wrap it and all before we go away early on Wednesday morning! hmm

Wobbly Perhaps, after all that effort and not wanting to go through it all again, he kept the Rolls in the garage? hmm

Sadly this appears to be becoming much more prevalent. My other half ordered, the money was taken out of our account the same day; when he rang 3 weeks later to see where it was, it was out of stock and would be about 6 weeks. They were surprised when he cancelled the order and demanded his money back. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the level of service received, it took longer for them to refund the money than to take it.
